Could I be an Executive manager without experience?

i was a member in the bord of directors ,for ten years, in one of the NGOs , but this is a non paid job , I was a volunteer, but this organization have done lots of projects and i was member in 2 departments (planning and projects) besides i was responsible for the researches .
besides i got many degrees and training courses in the field of management , could these experiences help me to be a manager in an organization for a paid job?

You do have experience, just not paid. Your challenge is to find the requirements of the job, and then describe how your accomplishments fit those requirements. that and make sure you proofread your resume. Because this question is like DAMN.

Experience always helps but you do have plenty of volunteer work and degrees so that helps, you can use that as your experience, so you can always try, it is possible to get the job, and the worst thing that happens is the company will hire someone else, so you won’t lose out on anything.
